In a world where the hustle and bustle of everyday life can often overwhelm us, I find solace and inspiration in the serenity of nature. My passion for being outdoors stems from a deep-seated belief that immersing ourselves in the natural environment has a profound impact on our thoughts, emotions, and overall well-being. Having spent a significant portion of my life playing and living in natural surroundings, I am continually captivated by the wealth of wisdom and healing that nature offers.

 

As a Kripalu-certified Mindful Outdoor Guide, I have acquired the skills and knowledge necessary to create and hold space in nature, not only for myself but also for others. This certification has enabled me to facilitate transformative experiences that allow individuals to connect more deeply with themselves, with others, and with the natural world.

 

I believe that nature has the power to heal and restore. It is a source of solace, rejuvenation, and inspiration. By offering psychotherapy, mindful outdoor experiences, and brief nature meditations, I aim to provide a space where people can connect with themselves, their bodies, and the environment around them.

 

My approach to psychotherapy incorporates the use of nature to enhance mindfulness skills and foster a sense of connection to the world. I work with individuals and groups to address various issues, including ADHD, Neurodivergence, and Anxiety. Through nature-based interventions, clients can learn to cultivate greater self-awareness, reduce stress, and develop healthier coping mechanisms.
